Marta cooks what came in this morning.

Marta Ruggeri opened Luma in 2019 in a former bakery on Via Panisperna. The menu is written at eleven, after the market run, and printed fresh for every service.

“If the fish is not good enough at Anzio, it is not on the menu. People understand that.”
