Isla Morgan
Founder & CEO
Isla started the studio to make tools that feel calm. She spends most of her week with customers and the rest sketching what comes next.
Meet the team
Theo Hart
CTO
Theo leads engineering with one simple rule: ship small, ship often, and leave the code nicer than you found it.
Mila Novak
Head of Design
Mila turns messy problems into clear, friendly screens, and keeps a sketchbook full of ideas we have not built yet.
Rafael Cruz
Lead Engineer
Rafael makes things fast. He tunes every page until it loads before you can blink, then writes the docs everyone actually reads.
Hannah Weiss
Product Manager
Hannah keeps the roadmap honest, talks to a customer every single day and protects the team from too many meetings.
Kofi Mensah
Brand Designer
Kofi shapes how we look and sound, from the smallest icon to the big launch films, always with a little playfulness.
Lena Fischer
Customer Lead
Lena answers the hard questions, writes the friendly ones and makes sure every customer feels heard within the hour.
Arjun Rao
Growth Lead
Arjun runs our experiments, reads the numbers out loud and celebrates every small win with the whole team.
