Two-tier social-proof section built as a plain, fully editable Etch tree: section > container > header (eyebrow, h2) > Spotlight (built by script: avatar, star rating, quote, name/role, prev/next, dot pagination) > Wall of two self-scrolling marquee rows holding "Testimonial Chip" component instances (each row lists its chips twice back to back for a seamless loop; duplicate, reorder or delete a chip in either row in Layers — the wall is decorative and marked aria-hidden, the Spotlight below carries the accessible content). Only the chip is a component, with typed props: avatar (image), avatarAlt, name, role, quote, rating (number, 0-5, decimals allowed for half-star ratings). Every option is a data attribute on the Showcase wrapper (edit it in Etch's attributes panel): data-theme (light|dark) re-themes the whole section; data-autoplay (true|false) and data-delay (ms, min 3000) the spotlight auto-advances; data-pause-on-hover (true|false) pauses the spotlight and the wall rows alike; data-marquee-speed (seconds per loop for the slower row, default 42; the second row runs at 0.7x that for a parallax feel); data-radius (s|m|l) wall card corner radius. Inline JS (no external library) reads its accessible testimonial set from the first row's un-duplicated half (each chip carries its data as data-name/data-role/data-quote/data-rating/data-avatar attributes written by its props), builds the Spotlight from that set, cross-fades between entries on an interval with a live "N / total" progress dot row, answers the prev/next buttons and Left/Right arrow keys, pauses on hover and keyboard focus, and announces changes via aria-live; the two Wall rows each run a Web Animations API scroll (no @keyframes, borrowed from the marquee snippet) at their own speed and direction, pausing on hover/focus and sitting still under prefers-reduced-motion. Without JS the Spotlight shows its first entry with the dots/arrows hidden and the Wall rows sit static as a wrapped grid. Labelled region with aria-roledescription="carousel" on the Spotlight, ratings read as "Rated N out of 5", :focus-visible rings, AA contrast in both themes, forced-colors support.
