Split landing hero with a tilted planetary orbit, built as a plain, fully editable Etch tree: section > container > layout (copy column: announcement pill, h1 with an italic accent word, lede, two buttons, a proof row of "Orbit Avatar" instances + rating) beside an "Orbit Stage" wrapper component, then a stat strip of "Orbit Stat" instances (value, label). The stage holds an "Orbit Core" instance in its core slot (round photo with sphere shading, focal point, optional badge with title + meta) and "Orbit Satellite" instances in its satellites slot. Each satellite has typed props: variant (chip|photo|tag), ring (1|2|3), angle (start position in degrees), size (s|m|l), tone (light|dark|accent|glass), image + alt + showImage, title, showMeta + meta, showStatus + statusTone (accent|live|muted). Satellites move in real depth: CSS trigonometry places each one on its tilted ring from its angle, so the stage renders correctly with no JS and in the builder; on the far side they slip behind the core, on the near side they pass in front of it and the front half of each ring is drawn over the photo. Stage props are the controls, rendered as data attributes the inline script reads: autoplay (true|false) and speed (seconds per turn of the middle ring, default 70); direction (clockwise|counterclockwise); rhythm (kepler|rigid|counter) inner rings faster, all rings together, or alternate rings turning the other way; tilt (flat|tilted|open|face) how far the orbit plane is tipped toward the viewer; plane (number, degrees) rotation of the whole orbit plane; depth (none|s|m|l) how much far satellites shrink and fade; pauseOnHover (true|false); drag (true|false) drag sideways to spin with inertia; arrow keys do the same when the stage has focus; parallax (true|false) core, rings and satellites shift at different depths with the pointer; entrance (spiral|fade|none), trigger (in-view|load), duration (ms), stagger (ms), easing (smooth|snappy|spring|linear); showRings (true|false) and ringStyle (solid|dashed|dotted); showGlow (true|false) accent glow behind the core; showToggle (true|false) pause/play button; label (accessible name of the stage). Section options (data attributes): data-theme (paper|light|dark); data-accent (primary|secondary|accent|neutral) accent word, button arrow, tags and status dots; data-layout (split|reverse|stacked) copy beside the stage, stage first, or copy centred above the stage; data-height (auto|screen) natural height or at least one full viewport; data-anim (rise|fade|none) how the copy, stage and stats enter; data-eyebrow (true|false) announcement pill; data-secondary (true|false) second button; data-proof (true|false) avatar and rating row; data-stats (true|false) stat strip under the hero. Below 30em of stage width the chips fold into round thumbnails (text stays for screen readers). The stage is a focusable group with a hidden hint, the toggle is a real button with a changing label, motion pauses off screen, and prefers-reduced-motion keeps everything still (the toggle can still start it). ACSS tokens with px fallbacks, no clamp, no rem.
