Closing-statement site footer built as a plain, fully editable Etch tree: section > container > status row (pulsing dot + availability text) > big CTA (heading + email link) > columns row (brand blurb + three "Footer Column" plain groups, each a heading and a link list) > an optional scrolling brand-name marquee band > bottom bar (copyright + legal links + a round back-to-top button). Every option is a data attribute on the section (edit it in Etch's attributes panel): data-theme (dark|light) footer theme; data-magnetic (true|false) the big email CTA and the back-to-top button ease toward the pointer on hover (desktop, fine pointers only; a no-op on touch); data-marquee (true|false) show/hide the scrolling brand-name band above the bottom bar; data-marquee-speed (seconds per loop, default 24); data-back-to-top (true|false) show/hide the back-to-top button; data-status (true|false) show/hide the pulsing availability status row. Inline JS (vanilla, no library): on pointer-fine devices the CTA link and the back-to-top button ease a few pixels toward the cursor on hover (data-magnetic, capped and eased with a spring-like transition, a no-op on touch/coarse pointers and skipped under prefers-reduced-motion); the availability dot pulses continuously via the Web Animations API (no @keyframes); the marquee band duplicates its source text into a seamless Web Animations API loop (also skipped under reduced motion, where it shows once, static); the back-to-top button smooth-scrolls to the page top (instant under reduced motion) and is a plain in-page anchor without JS. :focus-visible rings throughout, AA contrast in both themes, forced-colors support. Works without JS: every link, the status row and the marquee's static text all render normally.
