These terms apply when you use Etchedy, provided by WebGenerator B.V., Rotterdam, the Netherlands (KvK 30212396). By creating an account you agree to them.
Your license
Your plan lets you use Etchedy patterns on the number of live sites your plan includes. Development and staging sites are unlimited.
Patterns you've used on a site keep working on that site even if your plan ends.
What you can't do
Resell or redistribute patterns as a library, template pack or competing product, or share your license outside the sites it covers.
Payments and refunds
Yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Every plan and lifetime seat has a 7-day money-back guarantee.
Lifetime seats
A lifetime seat covers your tier for as long as Etchedy is offered, including future patterns released for that tier.
Custom builds
Custom components are built for you alone and never added to the public library. Payment is due once the brief is confirmed.
Liability
Etchedy is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Governing law
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in Rotterdam, unless consumer law in your country says otherwise.
