Brand kits: what a kit sets

2 min read, updated Oct 19, 2026

A brand kit is a complete look for Automatic.css. Colours, fonts, type scale, spacing, radius and buttons are set together, in one click. Every Etchedy pattern reads your ACSS tokens, so the whole site follows: everything you pasted before and everything you paste later.

What a kit sets

  • Colour. Base, ink, primary, secondary, tertiary and accent, plus success, warning, danger and info, with the button colours that go with them.
  • Type. A heading font and a body font, their weights and letter spacing, and the type scale for desktop and mobile.
  • Spacing. The spacing scale and the space between sections.
  • Shape. The radius of cards and buttons, border sizes and the button style, from pill to sharp and uppercase.

50 kits, by mood

Dark and moody, clean and minimal, warm and editorial, bold and playful. Every kit has its own page on etchedy.com with the full board, so you can compare them before you open WordPress: browse them in the library under Brand kits.

The fonts come with the plugin

Every kit font ships with Etchedy under the SIL Open Font License and only loads while a kit that uses it is active. Nothing is fetched from a font CDN.
